Right of withdrawal for consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sezgin Güven, Reinhold-Schneider-Weg 20, 41068 Mönchengladbach, Telephone: 01721783937, E-Mail: hello@labelmycontent.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an E-Mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
